I gained 8 lbs. I have a struggle to lose weight. I have encountered this issue previously in which I have lost some weight, and nearly gained it all back. I need to learn how to commit to achieving weight loss.I know that I crave meats, and cheese alot. But for now I'll quit the carbohydrates.
