Well i knew that I wasn't sticking to things as I should have having my migraines all week, but hoping to take the tips I got yesterday and prepare and freeze some meals for when I can't really function. At least when I was feeling ok (or at work) what I ate was extrememly healthy. I am not worrying about the scale too much right now (I do want to get a tape measure) I am focused on what I am eating and how much healthier I am becoming... I figure that alone is the 1st best step I can take. :) Hope everyone has a great Wednesday!
