A great weigh in on my first proper concentrated week!! Made even better the fact that I actually weighed 11st 2.5lbs on Monday so it’s a loss of just over 4lbs 🙌🙌 x
151.7 lb Lost so far: 33.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
