Oh where's it gone it disapeared overnight...not feeling good today....knees are killin me and had abdominal pains in the mornin...periody pains even tho i'm not on now...thought it was too good to be true that i didnt have much period pain...sometimes they come after just when i thought i got away with it....or maybe it's something else who knows maybe this journal will help me figure it out and encourage me to live and eat a bit better
