I am wanting to eat. Also want to continue fasting. Really dislike ambivalent feelings/desires.
219.7 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 71.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Pretty much giving up.

why do you need to fast? just eat when you want, stay in a calorie deficit and you will lose weight. fasting isn't anything magical.
