Honestly, not bad for a post-vacation weigh in
136.1 lb Lost so far: 5.9 lb.    Still to go: 8.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1131 kcal Fat: 25.36g | Prot: 65.80g | Carb: 123.09g.   Breakfast: Blueberries , Chobani 2% Plain Greek Yogurt , Honey , Sunsweet Dried Pitted Prunes. Lunch: Chayote (Fruit, with Salt, Drained, Boiled, Cooked) , Chicken Stock , Chicken Breast, Jasmine Rice (Cooked). Dinner: Cooked Broccoli (Fat Added in Cooking), J. Scott Foods Mahi Mahi with Blackened Seasoning . Snacks/Other: Cutwater Grapefruit Tequila Paloma, Snickers Peanut Brownie Squares, Quaker Rice Cakes - White Cheddar, Pumpkin Cookie. more...
