Not quite sure about this 🤷♀️ been doing the same as last week?? I did have a heavier meal last night, a lamb pad Thai which was very calorific so the peanuts etc may have weighed heavy on me 😆😆 oh well, enjoy today and refocus tomorrow 👍 x x
