It’s time to return, After a reverse diet eating yum snacks and ice cream, I know is time to return to a strict diet ✨
Hopefully I gain some muscle 😍
125.5 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
