Up about a pound this morning, yesterday was my non-workout day and I ate pasta for the first time in two weeks (just plain no-yolk egg noodles, but still carb city). Just wanted to finish a half eaten package that had been junking up the pantry for a while. 40 minute run this morning and I’m back on track! Maybe the carbs will give me wings!
181.4 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
