Yes! Down 5.8 total- mostly water weight, I’m sure (since today is only the start of Day 9). Success nonetheless! I’ve very strictly stayed below my calories and honestly do not feel hungry all the time. My trick is to eat very low caloric-density foods, absolutely no salt or sugar, and only the tiniest spritz of Avocado oil when I cook chicken or pork chops. When I have felt hungry I’ve made some egg beaters with a half spoonful of jalapeño jelly - surprisingly palatable (no I won’t say it’s good 😊.). Running day today on Labor Day!!
183.0 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
