So up again. A gain, Why? The added carbs from the Lindora bar? Constipation? Ate too many times during day? Tracking off? Oh well. Today's a clean slate. I've got chicken salad and 3 cheeses stuffed chicken with jalapeño plus asparagus onhand.
223.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 75.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
