It's absolutely amazing to me that what I ate on Thursday, day before yesterday, has resulted in a weight gain today as well as yesterday. Let that be a lesson against "just this once" thinking and going off my planned WOE.
225.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
