Depressed. Added Biotrust low carb protein to morning coffee at 9:00. It's just 11:57 and I am hungry again. Took a new supplement (Bio-x4) with breakfast which has enzymes, fat burner and ? It is supposed to curb cravings, increase metabolism and aid in digestion.

I finished my lunch and I find I am still hungry. Maybe that's a good thing but I don't like how it feels. Had Wendy's Chicken jalapeno salad and small Frosty ending dinner at 6:13.
228.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 80.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sorry to hear you are depressed, Ruth. I JUST sent you a PM before I read my notifications to see if you are okay, since I hadn't heard anything from you in a couple of weeks. Are you on any medications for your depression? I take a combination of meds that enable me to be my true, happy, motivated self. Without them, I am dark, depressed, eating constantly, unmotivated, grouchy, hard to live with, etc.
