Lost the extra from last week after an awful week of so much stress from work and my boys having to self isolate from nursery (thank goodness it was negative after all) I think all the tears and body worrying turned the extra calories into nothing x x
145.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
