Didn't log all food. Ate Columbus beef with mustard. Chicken breast with cheese and jalapeno wrapped in bacon, cabbage salad, mixed nuts, Lindora Peanut butter bar so could go back and log approximate.
220.9 lb Lost so far: 2.1 lb.    Still to go: 72.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
