Since I started FS a little after I began my weight loss journey, it’s a couple pounds after my real milestones. That being said, I am now officially 20.5 lbs. down from my starting/highest weight! 🎉

164.4 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
