Thanks, I’ve never had a problem with my weight until now, over the last year I’ve gained about 10-15lbs eating the same as I always have, healthy, organic, mostly plant based so now I’m struggling to count every calorie lol I realize that before even though I was eating healthy food I probably ate at least double if not triple the amount of calories that I am eating now, I guess my metabolism just came to a halt but I’m hoping I can get back to my baseline and stay there!
