After a mentally agonizing month, I’m finally [mostly] over my cough, and can exercise again! 🙌
Yesterday I rowed a bit and did some dance cardio, and felt so satisfied.

166.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
