Still sleeping terribly due to the lingering cough- it’s probably messing with my numbers. Frustrating, but not much I can do except keep on resting, taking medicine, and trying to eat within my limits.
168.6 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 28.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
