I’m so happy to see this number! It’s been a struggle to maintain my weight loss while dealing with this cold from hell, since I can’t exercise with a persistent dry cough. But this gives me hope that I’ll be back in the 160’s soon. It’s been years since I’ve been there!
170.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
