Very pleased with this! 🥰 increasing my daily steps to nine thousand a day, more exercise this month to help with the chocolate 🍫 eggs 🥚 and the fact that I’m off now for two weeks Easter holidays. Saying that I have my two boys to help me not sitting still for long during the holidays! X x x
147.5 lb Lost so far: 37.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
