Still on it...push back on scale. Deficit but taking electrolytes for headaches possible water retention. Temptation to eat pie lying around but sliced a piece and saving it for mid-month. Steady...
190.1 lb Lost so far: 29.9 lb.    Still to go: 10.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
