Lost the 3/4 pound from last week plus another 1/4 😆👍 scales seemed a bit dodgy this morning so I’ll take it but wouldn’t be surprised if next week I’ve put on again (weighed 3x 2 was new weight last one was a pound heavier 🤷‍♀️)
152.7 lb Lost so far: 32.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
