I'm not a good dieter, never have been. I've tried many diets and never stick to them. I'm weak and undisciplined-I love to eat good food. I'm trying the calorie counting diet now,ontherecommendation of Steph-my girl. Hopefully we can be strong together and both of us meet our own goals. Here goes!
