Following the great advice to drink more water I did and what great results! Can I lose the last lb before Christmas?? 🤞😊 x x x
158.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1854 kcal Fat: 58.65g | Prot: 69.52g | Carb: 261.79g.   Breakfast: Tesco Skimmed Milk, Harvest Morn Benefit Original, Aldi Wheat Biscuits. Lunch: Pecan Pie (Individual Size or Tart), Ashfield Farm Wafer Thin Cooked Ham, Aldi Reduced Fat Houmous, Penne, Cucumber, Tesco Red Cabbage, Tesco Red Pepper, Carrots, Asda Iceberg Lettuce. Dinner: Oreo Cookie, McVitie's Digestives, Asda Frozen Mixed Vegetables, Aldi Sweet Chilli Pork Sausages , Roasted Potato, Red Cabbage , Red Onions, Carrots, Tesco Red Pepper. Snacks/Other: Tesco Skimmed Milk. more...
