Tired of journaling only to have phone malfunction to lose it all. Guess I will keep my thoughts to myself.


I am discouraged by 2.1# weight gain on scale today. I really don't know what else to do. My ketones were good--1.2 so I don't understand what I am doing wrong. Time to take measurements again and figure progress since starting on September 17

233.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 85.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't be so hard on yourself Ruthe you are doing well and getting upset won't change anything just see what your doing that makes you lose and gain I'm sure you will figure it out and get right back on track
