Ketones 0.0 this morning. From fat and protein yesterday? ?? My goal is to get in the blue zone. I haven't called doc for appt yet as I really want to get some weight off these weary bones before I face him again. Please Father God help me make the best decisions for weight loss and to combat inflammation.
230.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 82.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
