This past weekend I had a Hysterectomy. I know I am healing, and bloated and can not exercise for 6 weeks. So my goal this next few weeks is to maintain and heal. Keep on point with my nutrition...pick up where I left off when I am healed.
chest- 39 1/2"
waist- 35"
hips- 45 1/2"
arm- 13"
thigh- 23 1/2"
185.8 lb Lost so far: 63.2 lb.    Still to go: 40.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
