Weigh In Friday! So I worked out everyday this week and I was two pounds less last night so I really think this is just water weight I will weigh again on Sunday to get a more accurate weight!
251.6 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 51.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week
