first time making quinoa... I read about washing it and toasting it. I made it and it tasted like peanut butter oatmeal. I added apple and cinnamon and sugar free syrup. it was really good for something different.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
