I think my scale is off. I'm sure I have gained but not 4+ pounds.
158.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 23.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Hi, I am new to this group, and just thought I'd try motivate myself to share & learn from others. I know sometimes my weight goes up because I retain water with salty foods. Good luck & thanks for sharing.

Yes! i have been trying to keep an eye on my sodium and exercising more. Turns out my wacky scale may be correct!!!!Yikes. Keep trying.
