My birthday was last Wednesday and since then I’ve been having a lot of trouble with coming back to the diet and exercise.. It’s painful to see this weight slowly come back up 🥺
156.3 lb Lost so far: 22.3 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
