Moment of truth~weighed in and recorded it. Gained a pound. . .after my carb filled Memorial Day weekend and way too much eating out for May (just balanced my checkbook, way too many entries to restaurants) too many doritos and sodas, I'll take it and move forward. Also did my measurements, no change there (carbs filled the inch back in off my middle, poop). So I'm recording my measurements here as a start, but I'm including my measurements from a year ago so I can see I have made some progress: Apr 2012 166 - May 2013 150 rt. arm (bicep) 13 -- 12 lt. arm (bicep) 12.5 -- 12 bust 38 -- 36 waist 34 -- 30 belly button 35.5 -- 33 ab (lower belly)36.5 -- 35.5 hips 42.5 -- 40.5 rt. thigh 26 -- 23.5 lt. thigh 26 -- 24
I didn't realize until I put the numbers side by side, how many inches I had lost!! Yay me! For june I want to whittle that middle, hips, and thighs down.
I challenged myself to start working out in the mornings and have consistently done it since Mar 1 (fell off a bit last week, but got back up this morning and started again:). So I am giving myself another challenge. This is a big one, as I've tried to do it several times and failed, but I will succeed. I am going to make myself a healthy breakfast every day - NO DORITOS AND SODA. NONE! I CAN DO THIS! Why? Because I love myself more than I love doritos and soda :)
Hope everyone has a great weekend!
