Met calorie goal. So far. Bike 15 minutes. Stretching...ongoing. Taking it light today. I'm going to PT tomorrow and that is always hard work. Feel like I need a lighter day today. Have already done raised lunges 30 seconds x 3 each leg and balance tandem 90 seconds each leg. Will continue to stretch throughout the afternoon and evening. Made shrimp today with some Old Bay...yum! Packed up RM's as he is at a job until late. I ate about 2/3 of my plate and I'm going to snack on it later. Had it with oven roasted broccoli, 1/2 cup of quinoa, and 1/4 cup of farro. Hope you all are doing well! Onward, friends!

How many calories is that shrimp??

The shrimp by itself was under 300 calories, but it was a huge 8 ounces. I made 6 ounce portions for what I froze and portioned for future meals. The whole meal was over 600, but I cooked it in grapeseed oil. I split up the meal and ate some later. 😁
