Just tired today!! Did some minor cleaning, but I feel wiped out! Hoping I snap back this weekend.
Got some fresh veggies. Also have some frozen shrimp from our trip to New Orleans. Thinking about making a shrimp/broccoli stir fry this weekend. Maybe with some fish sauce..mmmm.

Sound delicious, especially with some fresh gulf shrimp. Hope you trip was fun and that you had beignets and café at lait at Café du Monde. 💛💜💚

ohhh chrisw77, I have sriracha...also have hoisin. Debating which one. Going to make it tomorrow..Shrifleur 1, Café du monde chicory is GONE over here. I actually prefer it more than my roommate. We need to make a coffee run for the good stuff. The shrimp was FREE from my roommate's sister...yes, Gulf shrimp. Thank goodness we brought a cooler.
