Geez, I'm up a pound! I know why though, and it's not fat gain.
1. HUGE - and I mean HUGE dinner yesterday. Wife made chicken soup, and it was calculated, and I had room for it. Pushed it to the limit. Much better than snacks. But, alas, it weighs me down for a day or two.
2. I'm probably still settling from being sick Friday, in terms of me spending quite some time in the rest room Friday, having a NICE 2.7 kg weight loss for Saturday, and then no #2's since then. That's gotta count.
3. I know I haven't exceeded my RDI.
It's really cool. I went through the weekend with no candies. Well, I did have two tiny (less than half a gram each) licorice thingies, they're raw licorice and less than a calorie each. I don't even count them unless I have more than one gram.
I had no urge for sweets. None. Zip. I feel like I did when I was rocking this weight loss journey. I hope its a sign of things to come. It would be nice to get to go through it with no withdrawals on the sugar. I'd like that. Let's see what happens.
I didn't get to rock out yesterday, sadly. Which means no video to show you guys today. Oh well. There will be another day. Drummer boy canceled, he didn't have a car, and he's the one lugging the gear. Too bad.
Maybe we can squeeze in a session through the week. Let's see.
I am super positive on my weight loss journey. I feel that this one is gonna go through, much more than the previous reboot attempts. I feel that I have my head right, I feel that I'm accomplishing. If you see that I don't, please come gimme a kick! lol.
I'm gonna go to work early today, I have some things I want to catch up on. This means a slightly "shorter" journal, but rest assured things are as they're supposed to be. I like this!
I will read your journals later today. I'm looking forward to it, and it's nice to be back in contact with you guys.
Today I'm thankful for: - A new week. It's gonna be a good one. - Morning Coffee. - Almost done with leftovers. Turney breast and ham is good for weight loss, but it's been a LOT of that lately. lol.
