i would have thought i would have lost more but maybe since i'm lifting weights now too, not so much evidence on the scale. i can see muscle definition in my arms especially and only have lifted (but with some heavy weights) 3 x for upper body.
187.5 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
