I am not upset or discouraged about gaining some weight since I believe progress is not always linear. I will probably face more ups and downs in this journey, but I will always gratefully accept that as long as I’m on the right track💪💪
148.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
