48 hours of fasting ✌🏻
129.4 lb Lost so far: 27.1 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

omg how I don't know how people can do it for so long the longest I've made it was 18 hours any tips I'd like to try at least a 24 hour fast

What helps me is that I completely eliminate the possibility of eating. Plus I always have deadlines for fasts and it really motivates to think how many calories I would be saving ♥️

I will try it I'll start with a 20 hour then work my way to a full 24 I get shaky and start feeling sick though shall see how it goes definitely gonna have to plan it to be mentally prepared

Sally, the first time you do it, try drinking a little broth, in addition to black coffee and green tea. Once you get used to it, you can go on to water/coffee only style of fast. The broth helps steady the shakiness. Good luck.

Yes, definitely drink coffee so that your blood pressure doesn’t drop too low
