Feeling frustrated with myself. I was down 5 pounds after the holidays then gained back 4 then another 3. grrr! My goal is to get under 200. I'm at 217 right now. I know what I need to do i just need to do it & put the work in. I'm tired of the way I look I look in the mirror & how my clothes fit me. I'm going to really start pushing myself more & watch what I'm eating. I plan to go the y to swim & workout too. I will never give up! any tips on how to STAY motivated??
217.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.6 lb a week

Some short term goals help me. Sometimes measurements and sometimes exercise related. Hope you can get back into it again!!!!!
