Cheat day. Pizza, beer and burgers for dinner. Doesn’t get any worse. Need to get down to 1 cheat day every 2 weeks.
237.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 10.5 lb a week
