昨日は眠れなくて体調が悪く、昼食がもたれて夜はポトフの野菜のみとロールケーキ一切れ
113.5 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.1 lb a week
