completed morning prayer walk at 2.48 miles...weigh in today show I have gained weight. I am at 201. So now I am a bit discouraged but I got to change something... not sure where to start but I will monitor my eating...and also returned from Vacation on Monday and I did not watch my calorie intake so basically today I am starting over, but still picking up where do left off. So this week changes will be made and during the weekend I will be careful, normally I would kinda splurge but weekends are going to be just like days of the week. Everyone enjoy your day and watch those Carbs....

What helped me, when this happened to me, was to log daily (I know a pain!). But, just that, the logging carefully throughout the day got me back on track. Good luck!
