Ok got up late, which cut my prayer walk short. Burned 297.8 calories, walked 2.38 miles. I should be increasing instead of decreasing. Well I am motivated this week. I plan to include weights in my work out. I had a slimfast for breakfast. Again today will increase my water intake 80 Oz's is the goal. I know most people would say 80 Oz is nothing but to me who dread water, if I get 16 oz down I'm doing extremely well so " don't judge me" 😁 But since I have been working out doing much better. I am happy about the changes that are taking place for me mentally, physically, and spiritually. Just plain excited. Ready to see the manifestation of change all around.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
