first day on this site. I’ve tried other apps and right now i’m trying to see what’s best. I’ve used apps like LoseIt! which only made me gain a few lbs, Lifesum which is good and i’m gonna try SparkPeople. I think i’m gonna like this app because it’s showing me real people and real results. Here we go!
