運動:健走(6公里/1小時)
心得:我這禮拜很努力了,所以用炸雞犒賞自己。

Water intake: 3500 ml
Lunch: 2 fried chicken thighs; 12 chicken nuggets; 0.5 cups salad (without dressing); 1 cup green tea
Dinner: 2 slices roast pork; 1 cup green string beans; 0.5 cups daikon radishes; 0.5 cups cabbage; 0.5 cups broccoli; 0.5 cups eggplants (augerbines); 2 tablespoons olive oil
Exercise: walk (3.7 miles/1 hour)
Thought: Because I've been working hard the entire week, I decided to reward myself with fried chicken and nuggets.
208.8 lb Lost so far: 55.8 lb.    Still to go: 54.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
