eek. idk but these last couple of lbs are like such a struggle. i feel my body toning up. i have to focus on measurements not the scale. but im dying to see myself go below 200. im like friggan right there. going away for a few days.. gonna focus on serious loss.. when i get back i am determined to get below 200.. fingers crossed.. go go go go go go go go goooooo!!
200.9 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
