心得:體重會瘦這麼快,是因為我昨晚一直拉肚子,完全沒睡覺,今天早上在全身無力的情況下參加汽車駕照的路考(我跟監考官說我狀況不太好,他還說你看起來氣色不錯)。無論如何,我終於考過並取得駕照,真是難以言喻的喜悅啊!希望大家有個愉快的一天。

Lunch: 1 serving fried eggs with shrimp and edamame; 1 drumstick; 4 clams; 0.5 cups okra with miso sauce

Exercise: walk (4.0 miles/1 hour)
Thought: The reason for this huge drop is that I was attacked by diarrhoea last night. I was unable to sleep and thus extremely fatigued. However, I still took the driving test despite feeling powerless. (I already told the examiner about my conditions but he just shrugged and said I looked just fine). Anyway, I PASSED THE TEST and got my driving licence! I simply can't describe how happy I felt at that moment. Have a good day, my FS friends!
