Leon, you ARE getting 64 additional ounces of water a day beyond what you record here, right? Plus more for anything caffeinated you drink to help flush the caffeine from your body? 💁🏻♀️You also need magnesium to process the food and any toxins through your body. 🙋🏻

@smprowett, yes, I drink about 64 ounces of water everyday but I don't know I need to drink more to flush the caffeine and that I will need magnesium to process toxins. Thanks for this very helpful information.
