It's Day 2 ya'll!

I will again be at my daughter's house most of the day. She is going away to college August 10th for 2 years so I am spending as much time as I can with her. (hence the eating of the slice of coconut cream pie yesterday lol)

I woke up, did 30 min of exercises (1 min workout, bellydance)then I ate a frozen coffee fat bomb I made, and had a small bowl of organic granola with original almond milk from HyVee.

Not sure what I will eat for lunch but today has definitely got to be a lower carb day for me! So far, I've been carb stepping up and down like I learned to do in order to break plateau and it's working so I'm stickin to it! My high carb day will either be Saturday or Sunday!

190.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
